Could this be Parvo or Roundworms?

My puppy is a 4month old male shar pei. For the last couple of days he has had diarrhea with some blood in it (he passed two very large worms), he seems to be very "sleepy" and is not eating very well...are these normal symptoms of round worms or could this be parvo?
