Err should I be nervous...?

I have cracked feet and fungus on one of my nails, and I decided that in a few weeks I'll tell my mom so she can take me to the doctor and I can get rid of it (she will be busy for a little while before I can tell her. Anyway, should I be nervous? my mom once had fungus and they gave her a pill but mines a little worse and I am kind of afraid. Also what will they do about the cracked feet?
