Reasons for denial on renting a house?

Your dog ate the window sill. A good tenant would have paid a contractor to repair it and not leave it for the landlord. I have looked in a potential tenant's car, saw a pig sty and turned them away. If you have no pride in your person and belongings then I know you won't take care of my property.
