Do shar pei's make good pets and do they cost alot in vet bills?

My grandmar has 3 sharpei's ( Ziggy who's black and Narla + Packo who are yellow ) I gp every weekend and they are beautifull and i love them too bits ! Ziggy is quite boisterouse and pulls like hell but thats mainley from being spoilt when he was a pup ! Narla the girl of the pack is amazing she is super friendly and obediant and a lovely girl !! Packo is just clumsy and thick as a plank but he is very loving and my personall favourite shhh we recantly ffound out he is deaf whitch was a shock !! But as nice as they are they have all had to have 'face lifts' as their wrinkles have covered their eyes and altogether it has cost alot but thats three ! I would reccomend one but make sure you train it straight away and id urge you to get a ***** as they are less boistrus and easyer to train and handle ! Good luck and hope this helps :) thankks xx
