How i rid from foot fungus?

i have bottom foot fungus since 10 years. when i took capsuls for fungs within a month four time. one capsuls for one weak. then second . but fungus have gone but after afew month coming again. dry skin and skin remove by hands easily. tell me thankx. i oblige you always.
