Idea's for a Senior Trip with my mom?

This year, my older brother got a new boat for his "graduation present", since I am a girl and don't want a boat, my mom is giving me the money to use on a Senior Trip, just me & her! I can go anywhere I want, but I just want to go somewhere like Europe or the Virgin Islands, something like that but I need some good ideas!
