Should I live in Prince Edward Island?

I'm a Canadian citizer and my english is very fluent, I think fluent enough to go living in an english province... and I've been there once by traveling and I just love the landscape and all the beaches and activities like Sandspit. I would like to live in Cavendish but are people in PEI open to new people? Because I would come from another province
