Wrinkles and white gills on axolotls?

i have only had my axolotls for 2 weeks and i have been trying to research about them a little, my axxie tess has wrinkles on her face and her gills are getting white patches on them? should i be worried about fungus infections .. she still eats like a pig so im not 100 percent sure
