Going to Charlottetown, PEI this summer. Any good reccomendations?

Hi. My girlfirend and I (both mid 20's) are going to PEI this summer for the first time. Any good reccomendations for bars, sites, museums, or anything fun to do? Anything that we should not miss? We don't like clubs, but love bars, dives, nice restaurants, diners, unusual experiences, art galleries, music, etc. We especially like to know where locals hang out too! Hate tourist traps.
